Course Outline
Hands-on workshop will cover the following topics:
- Principles of locking taper connection; comparison between locking taper connection and conventional screw-retained systems;
- Detailed overview of KAT System, including implant design, connection between abutments and implants, as well as surgical and restorative kits instrumentation;
- Surgical protocols for one-, two-stage, and immediate loading procedures;

Restorative protocols for a conventional, closed tray, and open tray techniques.
Participants will be provided with instrumentation and components of KAT Implants system to be used during the course.
Number of participants is limited to twenty (20).
Seven CE credit hours will be awarded upon completion of the course.
Consult State Board for CE credit requirements.
